What do you need from me?
After you pay, you get a private link to a short form: the video it’s for, the words you want on the thumbnail (or let us suggest them), and any notes on style. You can add photos of yourself if you want to be in it.

One round of changes is included: tell us what to change on your order page and we’ll send a new version.
Is this made with AI?
Yes. We use AI image tools for the artwork and headlines, then check and edit every thumbnail by hand at the sizes phones show it, before it's delivered. We never use a real person's face unless it's you, from photos you upload.
Can I use the thumbnails anywhere?
They’re yours to use on your channel and to promote your video. We don’t put logos, characters or other people’s trademarks in them.
