How it works
- Order and pay
$249 for the build plus the first month of hosting ($19), through Stripe's secure checkout. Hosting renews monthly; cancel any time.
- Fill in a short form
We email you a private link to your order page. Tell us what goes on it, exactly as it should read, and add your own photos if you like.
- We build it and check it
Every delivery is checked for legibility and for anything that looks like someone else's logo, character or face before it's sent. You see a private preview within 7 days.
- It goes live
Once it's approved, it's online at your address and we email you the link. One round of changes is included.

Fair questions
- What does the monthly price cover?
- $19 a month: hosting, plus small edits to text, hours or a photo, up to 2 a month. Your page stays online while it's paid.
- How do I cancel?
- From your billing page, any time (the link is on your order page and in our emails). Your page stays online until the end of the month you paid for, then shows a plain "this page is offline" page. You can restart hosting later from your order page.
- What if a payment fails?
- Stripe tries again over the following days; your page stays online while it does (up to 30 days). If no payment goes through, it goes offline until hosting is restarted.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, if you already own it: we never buy domains. After your page is live, your order page shows the one DNS record to add, and your page moves there once it's verified. Otherwise it's at yourname.handfulstudio.com.
- What if I'd like a change?
- One round of changes is included: ask on your order page within 14 days of going live. After that, small edits to text, hours or a photo are included while you're subscribed, up to 2 a month.
- How is it checked?
- Every delivery is checked for legibility and for anything that looks like someone else's logo, character or face before it's sent. A person approves anything the checks aren't fully sure about, any order of $100 or more, and anything made with your photos.
- What about photos?
- Only your own photos are used, and only on your page: we remove their location and camera data on upload. They stay on your page while it's online and are deleted 30 days after it goes offline for good. Without photos, the page uses colour and type only.
